Twenty-four-year-old Kemar Davis and 37-year-old Roger Davis, the brothers of Jamaican recording artiste, Flippa Moggela, are to serve between 10 and 20 years in a US prison after accepting plea deals over their roles in an international drug trafficking and money laundering ring.

The Attorney General for the US state of New Jersey announced on Monday that the two pleaded guilty before Superior Court Judge John T. Kelley.

Kemar pleaded guilty to a charge of first-degree leading a narcotics trafficking network, while his brother, Roger, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession with intent to distribute cocaine.

It is reported that under the plea agreement, the state will recommend that Kemar be sentenced to 20 years in state prison and must serve 12 years before being eligible for parole.

Roger is to serve 10 years in prison and must serve at least three years before being eligible for parole.

The two brothers are expected to be formally sentenced on November 6.

The US attorney did not reveal other details of the plea agreement.
